Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all tags and labels attached
  • In the original packaging with all included accessories

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Strollers showing signs of use or assembly
  • Products missing original packaging or accessories
  • Items purchased during special promotions marked “final sale”

How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • A prepaid return shipping label (for exchanges only)

Step 3: Package and Ship

Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

International Returns
